About the
project

Kolbenova Park is a new residential neighbourhood adjacent to Vysočanská station on Prague Metro line B. Several stages of development will produce a harmonious complex of six multiple-dwelling apartment houses set amidst a green park that will dominate the whole development. Upon its completion, Kolbenova Park will offer some 1000 modern, cleverly arranged apartments in configurations ranging from one room and a kitchenette to four rooms and a kitchenette. Many of the apartments will also feature a balcony, terrace or green terrace.

A well-thought-out arrangement of individual houses, with apartments mostly facing quiet zones and the park, ensures that the residents of Kolbenova Park will enjoy living in peace and privacy. The central part of the park, with an artificial lake, an inline skating track and a playground will provide the perfect setting for meetings with friends and for relaxation. A café, shops and other services will operate from premises facing Kolbenova street.

A word
from the
architect

“Our aim was to strengthen the residential side of the redeveloped district and create plenty of quiet zones. That’s why the greenery between and around the individual houses is also joined in our design by a central park area, completely free of any road traffic. We also positioned most of the apartments in our houses so that they would open into quiet zones within the development.”

Benefits
of KLBNV

The project’s main benefits include easy access to the city centre both by public transport and by car, plenty of greenery and quiet areas close at hand, a range of services and a café on the ground floor of the apartment house which, as a bonus, boasts Class A energy efficiency. The modern project takes into account all of its inhabitants’ needs.

PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE

Most apartments come with a parking space while additional parking – such as for your visitors – is available within the complex.

LARGE INNER-BLOCK PARK

A park, featuring an artificial lake, an in-line skating track and a playground, is a place to relax. It forms a natural centre of the development.

RESTAURANTS AND SERVICES

The building’s ground floor facing Kolbenova street houses a café, shops and additional services.

ENERGY-EFFICIENT LIVING

Modern housing inherently means exceptional energy efficiency: the project’s homes meet the demands of Class A energy efficiency.

SHORT DISTANCE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT STOPS

A tram stop is located right in front of the apartment house while the nearest metro station, Vysočanská, is not much further away.
